Kathy KramerKathy Kramer is the winner of a $25 gift certificate donated by The Spice Merchant for this month’s winning Recipe for You or Two, a variation of the tuna casserole we all grew up with. Kramer said she and her husband like just about any recipe with tuna in it. This one goes well with French bread and wine.

Tuna-Corn Chip Bake

1 can (10¾ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 large can (9¼ oz.) tuna, drained and flaked

1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

2 cups coarsely crumbled corn chips

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, tuna, tomato sauce, half of the shredded cheese and half of the crumbled corn chips. Pour into a greased 1½ quart casserole.

Sprinkle with the remaining corn chips and the remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Let set about 10 minutes before serving.
