Brooks C&D Landfill, 4250 W 37th St N, is closed to the public due to equipment failure of the compactor that occurred at the landfill this morning, the city of Wichita said in a news release.
Brooks Landfill is not available to accept waste at this time. An announcement will be made when the landfill reopens to the public.
