Some Sedgwick County residents are apparently unhappy with their new property tax statements. According to a news release from the county, the Treasurer’s Office recently mailed out property tax statements that show an increase for many residents.
“As a result of the recent mailers, the Sedgwick County Call Center at (316) 660-9000 has experienced a high volume of calls,” the news release stated. “We encourage residents who get a busy signal to please call back later.”
