Bean Salad

1 can (15 oz.) Black Beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 oz.) Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (10 oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes 

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium jalapeno, chopped and seeds removed

1/2 cup of Italian dressing

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 1½ hours before serving for best flavor. Serve atop fresh lettuce of spinch if desired.
