Amy Geiszler-Jones won second place for a senior story on how grandparents are often drawn into domestic violence cases involving younger generations. Debbi Elmore won third place for a senior story on the pickleball craze. The Active Age took third place for overall news and writing excellence in the contest’s largest circulation division.
