The Wichita Board of Education is accepting applications for the At-Large position. The vacancy will be filled by appointment by the Board of Education.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, reside within the Wichita Public Schools boundaries, and be registered to vote in Sedgwick County.
Those who are interested are required to submit a completed application form and include three letters of reference by noon on Wednesday, April 22. Applications need to be mailed or hand-delivered to the Clerk of the Board. Emailed applications will not be accepted.
The appointee will serve until the expiration of the current term on December 31, 2027.
