The Wichita Police Department has responded to two incidents in the 3500 block of South Gold involving a suspicious person seen looking into residential windows. According to a news release, these windows were identified as belonging to rooms of young female children. Both incidents occurred on Nov. 25, between approximately 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
A resident reported seeing the suspect flee the area on foot. The individual is described as:
- White male
- Approximately 6 feet tall
- Medium build
- Facial hair
- Wearing a gray Carhartt jacket and work boots
This remains an active investigation. The Wichita Police Department is asking residents to call 911 to report any suspicious activity, persons, or vehicles.
