Wichita Police Department is on the scene of a shooting in the 5000 block of E. Blake. We are currently looking for suspect 21-year-old Juan Valenzuela-Silva, who may be driving a black Infiniti SUV with Kansas tag 6242AMK. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
